Intrested in a Coding Dojo in the Rhineland? We are considering hosting a Coding Dojo (what is Coding Dojo) in Düsseldorf. If you are intrested in improving your coding skills and meet fellow developers – please drop me a line. I am personally interested in Randori Katas with various subjects in “traditional” and emerging functional languages (pretty much as practiced at agile finland) 7 comments to Intrested in a Coding Dojo in the Rhineland? |

Excellent idea.
«emerging functional languages»… – sounds very interesting!
How about picking out pieces of «traditional» code having turned out to be the core of nightmares of some sort (complexity, parallelism etc.) and look together inhowfar functional languages are able to heal this…??
I remember Uli having pointed to Dependometer as a possible target…

That sounds like an intresting excercise.
Might Peter Padawitz (http://fldit-www.cs.uni-dortmund.de/~peter; not to be confused with Pater Pädowitz…) also participate at such an event??
The more the merrier.
